    This gas station is not an authentic Shell one, but a franchise, which results in an extremely low seller-customer behavior. Fuel prices at this gas station are always higher than other Shell gas stations. Also, the prices of the products inside are sky high, for no reason. What really bothers me is that the cashier never offers a tax receipt, which leads me to think of a potential tax evasion. The prices of sandwiches and coolers are extremely high, considering the city in which it is located, I think they have no interest in selling their products, but only in throwing them in the trash, while we are talking about pollution and global warming.. .

    Great fuel station. They have good prices here and the shell card gives cool bonuses every now and then so definitely worth getting. The staff here are ALWAYS nice and always have a conversation with you. They also have electric charging points now and a car wash facility. They stock good snacks and drinks too. There’s a coffee machine and a car gadgets section.

    out of electric charging points working, out of not working one of them has red lights the rest are struggling to connect as shown in the photo.While I'm sat here waiting for a charge, here is some percentages.% if the chargers work..% are struggling to connect to local IP .% are not working outright.

    Most definitely without a doubt Amina from Loughborough shell knows how to keep up her smile for every customer in and out of Shell every single day!No doubt about it this girls at the top of her game when it comes to customer service a very valuable member of staff for shell indeed.She knows how to smile for everyone time and time again regardless rain or shine for herself, and asking "How is your day going... any plans for the day... you okay?" I tell you goes a long long way and brings customers in to come refuel at Shell (specifically this girls shell) just to feel like your cared for and acknowledged when served.If there's any bonus schemes or pay rises for such services this girl needs one for every pearly white she shows to brighten up all our days everyday without a miss!Top service there from this young lady and the other guys like her as well, you guys doing something right because I'm coming here to refuel all the time now!
